The Back Wait makes sure the dining room is perfect at all times. Our back-wait represents us from the time guests are seated until they leave, having enjoyed the entire dining experience. We’re seeking a warm, welcoming person who knows the menu, helps the guest feel comfortable and ties the visit together in a way that makes guests want to return.

Assisting the servers and bartenders by running food and beverages; providing refills on water and iced tea as needed; removing used tableware between courses, and helping by removing clean dishes from the dish station and stocking them in appropriate places, clearing and resetting tables after guests leave.
