Your Challenge We challenge you to a Sr. Solutions Marketing Manager role within Philips Elder Care Services (ECS) team which is an integral member of the ECS leadership team (part of the Emerging Businesses Business Group) focusing on the development and deployment of Go-To-Market strategy and execution of SaaS enabled services & Healthcare technology solutions aimed at transforming how elder care is delivered with an initial focus on home care. This role requires a seasoned professional with entrepreneurial thinking, self-starter and ability to deal with ambiguity. You will be commercializing disruptive, innovative cloud-based IoT care services in the heart of the healthcare revolution. This is an exciting yet challenging role as you’ll need to think beyond the traditional healthcare business & delivery models and work collaboratively with existing traditional players as they transition to value based care models. This role is responsible for driving all downstream marketing efforts including developing and implementing all channel related activities. The individual works directly with product management, sales, operations, finance and other groups as needed to ensure the accomplishment of revenue goals that each channel demands. We are looking for someone who can be the change agent in this transformation. The individual will be part of a fast pace, agile, entrepreneurial organization that will tap into Philips’s strong foundation around brand, domain expertise, technology and people. You will rely on your strong collaborative skills, big picture thinking and analytical skillset to bring ideas from concept to fruition while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholder teams. Responsibilities · Lead creation & execution of GTM plans, Sales enablement strategy to support the launch of new remote care solutions with specific customer/client adoption and acquisition objectives. · Develop channel strategy and channel marketing programs to achieve sales growth and revenue enhancement across varied channels. · Develop sales tools including ROI calculators, value-based pricing and business case tools to sell outcome based solutions to C-level customer segments; Drive and implement the strategy around compelling whitepapers and case studies · Lead or participate in the delivery of Proof of Concept engagements with key pilot customers leading to defining best practices in driving client acquisition to new remote care services · Conduct customer executive presentations to drive new customer acquisition · Develop strong understanding of changes in customers (payer/provider) business models & regulatory landscape. Align sales approach and value propositions to customers’ outcomes to drive monetization of Philips’ solutions · Plan and conduct campaigns, trade shows and other promotional events · Provide required post-market sales support, including development of sales collateral · Interface with customer training team to develop high quality sales training materials · Manage sales contracts and agreements with channel customer. · Ensure that customers are up-to-date with new products and enhancements · Develop profitable marketing plan based on industry trends and competitor activities · Monitor and manage expenses within allotted marketing budget. · Provide excellent customer services to ensure customer satisfaction and retention · Collaborate with Product Management to set value-based price corridors and guidance for products/solutions to ensure profitable growth Your Team You will report directly to the Business Lead, Philips Elder Care Services team, a part of Philips Emerging Businesses business group. This position is based in Framingham, MA or Cambridge, MA. We are looking for The successful candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills education and experience: · Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; MBA preferred · 10+ years of relevant work experience in marketing, product development or related field · Experience in high-tech, healthcare/med-tech solutions businesses; direct experience in the elder care or homecare field a plus · Demonstrated experience of leading cross-functional teams, managing multiple priorities & stakeholders · Experience in business model innovation, solution development, selling & commercialization · Experience in leading/participating in pre-sales activities · Comfortable with driving C-level meetings & executive presentations Call to Action / Contact Find out more info about Philips at Philips is an equal opportunity employer.
