Customer Care Representative – Worcester, MA $16/hour – Days

Minimum Req:
Knowledge of Real Estate Industry
1-2 years customer service experience
Strong written/verbal/telephone/email communication skills
Pay attention to detail, learn routines to provide consistent results.
Able to focus on tasks to completion.
Strong typing/experience with Infusionsoft, Microsoft Office, Clio, PC.
Have transportation/willing to travel
Handle many projects while staying calm
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.


Reponsibilities:
Welcome, communicate with clients in real estate market
Identify/track, communicate, input, organize, produce, manage client experience
Resolve, request, compile documentation for real estate transfer
Evolve from using script to genuine/confident communication
Work up to 40 clients at once, juggling projects
Travel up to 10 times per year
