Milton Cat is seeking a Condition Monitoring Analyst. Analysts are responsible for monitoring the health and usage of Milton CAT’s customer machines. The analyst will use SOS, VisionLink, machine service history, and feedback from the Service Department. The service offered by the analyst helps Milton CAT remain a customer-oriented company aiding in the customer’s day-to-day operations.

Essential Duties
• Monitor health of the customer’s fleet helping to try to minimize downtime and operating costs by notifying the customer of potential failure.
• Ability to research component and equipment information utilizing multiple Caterpillar based programs to assist customer with troubleshooting issues.
• Exercises competency in reading SOS sample report results and determine recommended course of action for customers. Promotes the importance of continued use of the SOS program with regard to establishing a successful analysis program.
• Frequently uses Caterpillar Vision Link to assist customers in determining fault codes, most importantly regarding tier 4 final engine technology.
• Alert the sales force when there are possible parts or service sales potential based on the call outcome. Generate opportunities and quotes when applicable.
• Processing of oil sample bottles for shipment to oil lab.
• Assisting customers with interpretations of sample results & status.

• High school diploma or (GED) equivalent.
• Ability to perform duties with a sense of urgency while exceeding customer expectations.
• Customer satisfaction driven
• Proficient in the use of a computer and related software (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in VisionLink and online tools
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
