RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for providing support on all basic client software and hardware products; escalating problems appropriately; monitoring and maintaining ownership of tickets to ensure problem resolution.
- Troubleshoots basic issues/problems; is heavily dependent on scripts and checklists as guides; documents solutions.
- Must be able to demonstrate customer service skills such as patiently seeking to understand customer's issue and situation, providing workarounds, proper follow-up, and status updates.
- Ability to remain organized while performing multiple tasks.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Works with technical support personnel (internally and externally) to retrieve solutions for clients.

SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE:
- 0-2 years experience in tech support, help desk services, and basic troubleshooting in a corporate environment.
- High School Diploma required; continuing education preferred.
- Demonstrates working knowledge with Windows 7, Outlook and 2007-2013 Office products.
- Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Easily adapts to new, different or changing situations, requirements or priorities. Has an understanding and appreciation of individual differences.
- Thinks critically and anticipates, recognizes, identifies and develops solutions to problems in a timely manner.
